Ingredients: Water, Acrylates Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Styrene/acrylates, Copolymer, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Propylene Glycohexanediol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Cl 77266.
- Start with clean, dry eyelids.
- Gently draw a thin line along the upper lash line, starting from the middle and moving outward, then add from the beginning if desired.
- Build thickness gradually if desired.
- For a wing, extend the line slightly upward at the outer corner.
- Let it set before blinking.
